Base Planning Consultants have wide-ranging expertise in the planning process across all types of development projects.

We operate across the UK and offer a wide range of services for residential, commercial, rural and heritage projects. We are a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and our specialisms span the entire planning process including support with full planning applications, householder development, heritage statements and listed building consent, commercial and rural development, prior approval and permitted development and much more.

Planning Director, Keegan Ferreday, has extensive experience in both public and private sector roles. Beginning his planning career at Devon County Council, before moving to Exeter City Council, he has held a variety of local authority roles including in strategy and policy, development management and enforcement. Keegan then worked as a senior consultant for a private practice, successfully managing a full spectrum of development projects toward planning approval.
